🔁 Refund Policy:
We take great care in crafting and packaging our products. However, due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, unless:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- Your order was not delivered at all
If you face any such issue, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Unboxing video (if possible, for faster resolution)

❌ Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
❌ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order if:
- It hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
- You inform us within 2 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, email us immediately at contact@nature365.in with your Order ID and subject line: “Cancel My Order”.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
💸 Refund Timeline
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Certain Products / Services are non-returnable and Non Refundable; such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product is used or tampered with
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- You entered the wrong shipping address
- You simply change your mind after the delivery
Shipping
You will be liable for paying for your own shipping cost for returning of your item. Shipping cost is nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
